Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree required, degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field a plus.
Master’s degree and/or CPA certification a plus IFRS certificate.
Experience
5 years in senior accountant and accounting, preferably in import and export business organization.
Requirement Skill
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Peachtree accounting, E- Tax system etc.) with expertise in Excel required.
Having good tax and customs knowledge and experience
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Experience overseeing the annual audit.
Superior data management and data analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain financial terms in simple language.

Required Qualification And Experience
Education:BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience (import & export background preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic; proficiency in additional local or foreign languages is an advantage.

Job Position-3 Marketing Manager
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:BA/MA in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related field
5+ years’ experience in import/export or international trade
Coffee export experience is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, negotiation, and market development skills
Knowledge of customs, trade compliance, EUDR, and ERP/ODOO preferred
Core Competencies and Skills
Market Analysis & Strategy: Ability to identify new markets and develop competitive market-entry strategies
Negotiation & Contract Management: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills under pressure, particularly in logistics disruptions, customs clearance issues, and market expansion challenges
Additional Skills
Knowledge of local and international tax and customs regulations

Practical experience in complying with EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements for coffee export operations
