Required Qualification and Experience

Job Position-3 Procurement Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or telecom sectors.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.

Job Position-4 Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations — ideally within automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors.
Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams (call center, CRM, or after-sales).
Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
Fluency in English and Amharic.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).

Job Position-5 Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
3-5 Years of Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Battery system or related field.
Technical Skills
Strong electrical fundamentals: HV architecture, contactors.
Proficient in testing instruments (IR meter, multimeter, DAQ equipment).
Knowledge of safety standards and certification test methods.
Strong documentation and reporting capability.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Job Position-7 Warehouse Supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership (preferably manufacturing sector), with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

Required Qualification and Experience

5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Good management skills, at least 3 years of managerial experience
Has led or supervised audits, both external and internal as well as tax audits
Well versed on Ethiopian tax regulations

Required Qualification and Experience

3 years of experience in operations, warehouse, charging facility, manufacturing, or technical supervision roles.
Prior experience supervising teams preferred.
Experience working with lithium batteries, energy systems, or technical operations is an advantage.
Strong understanding of workplace safety and operational discipline.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Job Position-10 Junior Field Marketing Representative

Required Qualification and Experience

Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field assessment and site visits.
