Job Position-Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Performance Management relevant experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employment laws.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
Experience with HR analytics and reporting
