Job Position-HR & Administration Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management and other related fields
Experience:Respectively, MA/BA 4/6 years of experience in Human resource and administration operation,
Strong knowledge of Labor / Social security /Tax administration and Tertiary Education, Proclamations; Revenue/Cost Sharing Rules and Directives,
Strong Experience on pre Payroll data administration,
Experience working with ERP systems and HR/Admin software,
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills,
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making,
Ability to work under pressure, to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English, Afan Oromo and Amharic are mandatory.

Computer skill and knowledge.
HR Analytics & Reporting
ERP / HRIS implementation experience
Knowledge of referral pathways and protection systems in emergencies.
Training & capacity building
Knowledge of poultry and livestock production operations
HR Policy Development
HR Documentation Control
ability to build strong working relationships

Analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong coordination and networking skills
    Ability to manage many requests at once.
