Job Position-Junior Cooperative Advisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A bachelor degree in relevant field e.g., Development Studies, Entrepreneurship, Agri-business or other related field.
A maximum of 2 years of relevant working experience at international
organization(s); experience supporting agricultural development projects.
Understanding and experience in project monitoring and evaluation is preferable.
Good oral and written communication skills (English and other languages where relevant).
Good computer skills in MS-applications (MS Office).
Working within the horticulture(potato) supply chain is a plus.
Having a high proficiency in English and Afaan Oromo languages.
Willing to travel to filed.
Competencies
Skills: interpersonal, organizing and, communication skills;
Personal qualities (traits): initiative, creative problem-solver, team player and able to work under strenuous conditions. Ability to work independently and with the team with multi-tasking and “can-doˮ attitude.
