Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch leadership, district supervision, or a comparable multi-branch management role. Experience in business growth, branch operations, financing, and people leadership is required.
