Job Position-1 School Principal / Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree (M.Ed. / B.Ed.) in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM), Educational Leadership, or a highly related field.
Specialized training or background in child psychology is highly advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of 5–8 years of total experience in education, including at least 3 years of direct managerial experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or Department Head.
Proven track record of managing staff, resolving complex operational conflicts, and engaging with parent bodies.
Job Position-2 Kindergarten Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or related field
Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood teaching or educational administration.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership (e.g., Principal or Program Coordinator). Experience leading multi-campus schools, founding school units, or driving curriculum accreditation projects preferred
