Job Position-1 Purchasing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years and above experience in purchasing manager in hotel industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement systems.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies and procedures.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best value (price, quality, and delivery).
Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, or delays.

Job Position-2 Security Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years and above experience in Security manager in hotel industry.
Knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency response procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to assess risks and develop effective security strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required
