Job Position-Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in education or a service-focused organization.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Attributes Experience :Experience in an international school or multicultural work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance people-centered approaches with policy enforcement.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Amharic.
