Job Position-Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (PMP certification is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in logistics, operations management, or field project management. Experience in fleet management, heavy machinery leasing, mining logistics, or hospitality/camp management is highly desirable.
Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel frequently to remote field locations across Ethiopia on short notice.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello) and ERP/Fleet Management systems.
Strong budgeting, contract administration, and risk mitigation skills.
Languages: Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is required. Additional local languages are an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Fleet & Machinery Uptime: Operational efficiency and minimal non-scheduled downtime.
Project Delivery: On-time mobilization of camp setups and machinery deployments.
Budget Variance: Keeping field operations within approved operational budgets.
Client Retention: High client satisfaction ratings across mining and corporate travel sectors.
Requirement Skill
Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
