Job Position-1 Project Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in project accounting, construction accounting, or a similar role.
Experience in construction, engineering, or ICT project environments is highly desirable.
Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
Required Competencies
Strong understanding of project costing and budgeting.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.
Good communication and organizational skills

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in accounting, with at least 3 yrs in Senior accounting role.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Experience in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Position-3 Senior Human Resource
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction sector
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law Proclamation No. 1156/2019
Experience in handling recruitment, payroll follow-up, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Experience working in project/site environments is highly preferred

Job Position-4 Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer
Required Qualification and Experience

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience in KPI development and performance management systems.
