Job Position-Content & Creative Production Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or TVET Diploma in
Marketing, Digital Media
Journalism & Mass Communication
Fine Arts / Graphic Design
Film Production, or a related creative field. (Equivalent hands-on experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued).
Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified workflow.
Strong working knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, audio recording, and editing software.
Excellent command of brand storytelling, visual layout design, and creative copy execution.
Ability to work on-site to conduct shoots, manage media gear, and collaborate with teams.
A strong portfolio demonstrating past work across video, graphic design, and writing samples.

Motion Graphics Basics
Creative & Marketing Copywriting

Drone operation & gimbal stabilization techniques

Push notification & short-form ad messaging strategy
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in video production gear (Cameras, Lighting, Mics, Gimbals, Drones).
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern video editing software.
Strong mastery of creative writing, storyboarding, and brand copywriting.
