Job Position-HR & General Services (GS) Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
