Required Qualification and Experience

Identify skill gaps, propose development plans, and drive engagement/retention.

• Monitor systems for compliance with regulations.
• Analyze HR data for trends, risks, and insights.
• HR Reporting & Strategic Advisory
• Deliver metrics/reports (turnover, absenteeism, training, compliance).
• Advise on workforce risks, planning, and organizational improvements.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
5–9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Construction industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Peachtree) and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
