Job Position-Senior Accountant (Credit Section)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (ACCA, CPA, or Master’s degree in Business/Finance is an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Cycle Management within a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance claims processes, and credit risk assessment.
Competencies:
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills for credit recovery.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
