Job Position-Sales and Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the dairy industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa’s retail market.
Required Competencies
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer accounts.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirement Skill
B2B Marketing
Brand management
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Desired Skill
- Certification in poultry production or animal welfare
- Creativity
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
