Job Position-1 Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a closely related field.
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage
Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing high-rise building construction projects as a Project Manager.
Proven experience delivering complex commercial or residential high-rise developments.
Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Working Conditions
Based primarily at the AU Project Site.
Frequent site inspections and coordination meetings.
Occasional travel to suppliers, consultants, and government offices as required.
May be required to work beyond regular office hours to meet project deadlines.
Job Position-2 Site Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant construction experience.
Proven experience in the construction of high-rise building projects.
Experience in supervising multidisciplinary construction activities.
Experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.

Job Position-3 Storekeeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Officer, Inventory Controller, or Materials Controller, preferably in construction projects.
Experience handling construction materials such as rebar, cement, concrete, structural steel, and finishing materials is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
