Job Position-1 School Division Principal
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, School Management, Curriculum & Instruction, Pedagogy, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
Experience:For Master’s Degree holders: Minimum of 6+ years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., School Principal, Vice Principal, Unit Leader, or Department Head).
For Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum of 10+ years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a school leadership role.
Core Competencies:
Deep understanding of child development, modern teaching strategies, and curriculum standards.
Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills. Leadership and strategic planning. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Team building and staff development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
Proficiency in school management software and standard computer applications.

Job Position-2 Vice President
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:PhD from a recognized higher learning institution in Educational Leadership, Higher Education Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in higher education, with at least 3 years in a senior administrative/leadership role specially in private colleges
Demonstrated track record in academic policy development, accreditation standards, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English, knowing additional languages will be a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the Ethiopian higher education regulatory environment.
Strong networking, communication, time management & team work skills.
