Job Position-Junior Systems Engineer (Customer Support)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a technical customer service environment.
Language: Very good command of English (verbal and written) is strictly required.
OS Knowledge: Foundational hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows Server or Linux environments.
Networking: Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, active listening, and the ability to handle high-pressure customer situations calmly.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to various client offices within Addis Ababa as needed.
Preferred Skills (Advantageous)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
