Job Position-1 Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field from a recognized university.
A Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Experience:Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in industrial manufacturing plant, process plant, or large-scale construction projects.
At least 5 years of experience serving as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or in a comparable leadership role managing multidisciplinary construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing EPC, industrial facility, or manufacturing plant construction projects from planning through commissioning and final handover.
Required Competencies
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, procurement, and risk management.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
Commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Position-2 Mechanical Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects.

Job Position-3 Civil Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
5–7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years on industrial manufacturing plants or large-scale construction projects.
Proven experience in supervising civil construction works for industrial facilities, including structural, concrete, steel, road, drainage, utility, and infrastructure works.
Demonstrated experience managing contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout project implementation.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, contract administration, project scheduling, and site safety management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and the successful delivery of projects within schedule and budget.
