Job Position–Procurement Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA Degree or BA Degree in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management or Management or Finance or Procurement and Logistics or related fields.
Experience:10 Years of Work Experience for MA Degree or 12 Years of Work Experience for BA Degree in Procurement Management or Negotiating Contracts or Managing Supplier Relationships and Implementing cost-saving Strategies to Optimize Procurement processes and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services or related activities out of which 3 years of experience in Managerial position.

Strong operational procurement expertise
Contract execution and negotiation capability
Supplier performance management
Cost and data analysis skills
Knowledge of ISO, food safety, and compliance requirements
Strong planning, organization, and reporting skills
High ethical standards and accountability
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft office: word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
People management/ supervising others
Organization & attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Developing & empowering others
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ISO standards
