Job Position–Architect
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC Degree in Architecture.
MSc in Architectural Design is an advantage
Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design within the real estate, property development, or construction industry.
Experience in residential apartment, mixed-use, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of Revit (BIM).
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar 3D visualization software.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
Understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
