Job Position–Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in accounting.
Technical Skills:
strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.), Excel, and other financial tools. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP), and tax laws.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
