Job Position–Milk Collection Quality Lead/Dairy Development Quality Lead
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related fields
More than 3 years’ experience
Strong knowledge of testing methods
Knowledge of raw milk quality standards and national dairy regulations.
Understanding in HACCP and GMP
ERP proficiency (batch release, QC entries)
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Strong decision-making under pressure
Willingness to travel to different MCP locations.
Requirement Skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Location:Bishoftu
