Job Position–General Manager – Construction
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or another related engineering discipline.A Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly desirable.
Experience:Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.At least 10 years in senior executive or general management positions within a reputable construction company.
Proven experience managing large-scale building, road, bridge, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects from planning through completion.
Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, project management, commercial, procurement, finance, HR, HSE, and plant operations.
