Job Position-Hotel Receptionist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Certificate in Reception, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized college or university.
•1–3 years of relevant work experience as a receptionist or front office staff.
•Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
•Knowledge and experience with C-NET 6 Hotel Management Software is preferred.
•Knowledge of Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb extranets is an added advantage.
•Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
•Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Good telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•Professional appearance and attitude.
•Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
•Energetic, positive, and team-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities
•Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
•Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
•Manage room reservations and guest inquiries.
•Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls professionally.
•Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
•Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
•Assist with daily front office operations and reporting requirements
