Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Hands-on experience using the ERCA/eTax System for tax filing and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree, Odoo, or similar ERP systems).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Apps.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Position-2 Senior HR Manager (Transport & Logistics sector)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR Certification like SHRM/CIPD is a plus).
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or supervisory role within transport, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of transport sector labor dynamics, driver management, shift scheduling, and local labor legislation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and time/attendance tracking software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills under fast-paced operational pressure.

Required Qualification and Experience

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
