Job Position-Sales Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Demonstrated sales experience in wood products, furniture manufacturing, carpentry/finishing materials, or related sectors
Proven leadership track record with a history of hitting targets
Strong team builder — develops performers, not dependencies
Results-driven, structured, and execution-focused
Comfortable with CRM, reporting, KPIs, and modern sales processes
Experience selling to at least one of our core customer groups; experience in more than one is an advantage
