Job Position-Sales & Business Development Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
Previous experience within the aviation, travel, logistics, hospitality, or international service industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and achieving sales targets.
Required Competencies

Excellent business development and sales planning skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and international clients.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Amharic & English is required.
Additional international language skills will be considered an advantage.
