Job Position-Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Management Accounting and related fields.
Experience:At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance and at least 2 years in Supervisory Position.
Expertise:Computerized Accounting and Financial Systems: Extensive experience with accounting software spread sheet applications, and database programs to streamline financial processes.
● International Financial Standards & Tax Compliance: Deep knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations, ensuring financial reporting aligns with global and local standards.
● Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning: Strong financial acumen with expertise in corporate finance principles, budgeting, and financial planning.
● Financial Systems Development: Ability to design and implement financial frameworks that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
● Financial Reporting &ERP Systems: Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems to manage and optimize financial operations.
● Stakeholder & Negotiation Management: Skilled in negotiations and managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
SKILLS
● Communication & Facilitation: Excellent ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly whether in presentations or team discussions.
● Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical reasoning skills to assess financial data identify challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
● Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and growth in financial departments.
● Multitasking & Performance Under Pressure: Skilled at handling multiple tasks while maintaining organizational priorities in high-pressure environments.
● Internal Controls & Compliance: Experience in implementing internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
● Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in spoken and written English and Amharic, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
