Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma /BSC degree Occupational Health & Safety or related Experience: Having 4 years for Diploma & 2 years for first degree relevant working experience
Experience in Automotive Company more advantages
Core Competencies:Deep understanding of occupational health and safety laws, & standardsCompetence in analyzing accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.Conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drills to build awareness and preparedness
Excellent interpersonal skills
Behavioral Competencies:
Explains complex safety requirements in simple, actionable language.Adjusts to changing work environments and evolving risks.
