Job Position-Junior Advisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachler’s Degree or equivalent qualification in human resources development, vocational education or similar fields.Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to conduct surveys and prepare technical documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to learn.
Professional experience
First professional experience in TVET / Higher Education institutions would be an advantageBusiness Fluency in English and Amharic is required.

Location:Based in Addis Ababa with regular travel within Ethiopia as required.
