Job Position-Junior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. (passing score on the national Exit Exam is required). Pass
Experience: 0 to 2 years of accounting experience. Highly motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and foundational practical knowledge of Peachtree Accounting or QuickBooks software.
Mindset: High integrity, exceptional mathematical accuracy, and an ability to meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, invoices, sales vouchers, and expense receipts accurately into the system.
Voucher Management: Prepare and maintain systematically organized payment, receipt, and petty cash vouchers.
Reconciliation: Assist in regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Tax Documentation: Organize and compile necessary financial source documents for monthly VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax declarations.
Inventory Control: Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to verify physical inventory records against financial ledgers.
