Job Position- 1 ART Nurse (AHF Addis Clinic)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A minimum of Diploma in Clinical Nursing from a recognized institution; having Bachelors in Nursing or other related clinical health background is an added advantage
At least three (3) years’ recent experience in HIV program activities, with particular emphasis on ART service delivery, in a similar international NGO or developmental agency
Recent training on Basic ART (Adult and/or Pediatric) would be a necessity; additional training on PMTCT, HCT and TB/HIV, MDR TB, Nutritional management for PLWH, ART Lab, AHD, is an advantage
Enjoys working as a member of a cohesive multicultural team and is good at doing so
Basic computer/software skills and abilities required
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with good command of English & Amharic languages

Job Position-2 Site Nurse Mentor (Zewditu Memorial Hospital)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Clinical Nursing. Master’s degree in Public Health or Clinical Nursing would be an advantage.
Direct clinical care provision recent experience at ART or PMTCT clinic for more than three (3) years in the last five years; preferably in high load hospital
Minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience in clinical mentorship of HIV/ART programs
Having recent and basic training on ART Management (Adult and/or Ped); having training on other HIV related courses PMTCT, HCT, TB/HIV, MDR TB… is an advantage
In-depth understanding of the clinical service setting particular in hospital environment
Recent training or experience in healthcare quality improvement, clinical capacity building, and design of educational training materials is desirable.
Basic and/or refreshment training in Clinical Mentorship for ART programs
Well experienced in assessing, counselling and clinical management of PLHIV.
Specific Skills and Core Competencies:
Proficient in basic computer programs including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet skills, and knowledge on data base.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with good command of English & Amharic languages
Effective time management and meeting deadlines maintaining quality.
Must be highly organized and demonstrate multitasking ability
Flexible, proactive and able to organize work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal interaction skills and keen to work with good team spirit
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relations with hospital staff, partner mentoring staff, and facility leadership.
Ability to work for extended working hours for the wellbeing of patients.
