Job Position-Operations Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Cooperative Management, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SACCOs, banks, microfinance institutions, or other financial institutions.
At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong experience in branch operations and financial-service delivery is highly preferred.
Experience with core banking systems and digital financial services is an advantage.

Excellent operational planning and coordination
Strong understanding of SACCO/financial institution operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of loan and savings operations
Good understanding of internal controls and operational risk
Excellent communication and reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple branches and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial systems
High level of integrity, accountability, and profesionnalism
