Job Position-1 Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Accounting.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience for first-degree holders, with experience in NGO development programs or donor guidelines and procedures.
Solid working knowledge of IPSAS.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Peachtree Accounting software.
Key Competencies
Technical: IPSAS, donor financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgetary control, tax compliance (income, pension, WHT).
Working Style: strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, team spirit.
Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Peachtree Accounting software.
Languages: Good command of English speaking and writing.

Job Position-2 Project Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Systems Management, Nursing, or related field required; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of relevant project or field experience, ideally on multi-sectoral health projects with government health systems.
Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Competencies
Technical: PHC, disability inclusion, rehabilitation, eye/ear health, NTDs, basic M&E and data collection.
Teamwork: reliability, initiative, ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
Communication: report writing, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder engagement.
Computer: MS Office, project management and data systems (DHIS2 desirable).
Languages: Excellent English; local language knowledge an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators
Field activities delivered on schedule, in line with the project work plan.
Timely, accurate field reporting and data submission to the Project Manager.
Strong working relationships with facility staff and community partners.
Full compliance with donor, organizational, and safeguarding requirements.

Job Position-3 Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Systems Management, Project Management, or related field (PM certification an advantage).
At least 5 years in senior project management, ideally on multi-sectoral health projects with government health systems.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Key Competencies Technical: health systems strengthening, PHC, disability inclusion, rehabilitation, eye/ear health, NTDs, M&E, budget & risk management.
Leadership: strategic thinking, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution.
Communication: report writing, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder engagement.
Computer: MS Office, project management and data systems (DHIS2 desirable).
Languages: Excellent English; local language knowledge an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators
Project delivered on budget and timeline, meeting annual targets.
Timely, high-quality donor reporting and effective partner coordination.
Improved adoption of integrated service delivery across target facilities.
Full compliance with donor, organizational, and safeguarding requirements.
