Job Position-Junior Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Confident, approachable, energetic, and comfortable communicating with customers.Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, and general office operations.
Positive attitude, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to accept constructive feedback.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to follow instructions and support the Sales Supervisor/Manager in daily assignments.Knowledge of EV products or automotive sales is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
(Outgoing Person) Confident, approachable, sociable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and completing tasks carefully.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel, email, and office operations.
Good attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Positive attitude, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Respectful toward supervisors and colleagues and able to accept constructive feedback.
Self-motivated, responsible, adaptable, and willing to handle day-to-day assignments.
