Job Position-Director / Vice Director – Secondary School
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM), Educational Leadership, Education Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant leadership experience at the high school level, preferably as a School Principal, Vice Principal, or in a comparable educational management position, preferably within a private school setting.
Demonstrated proven track record of excellence in school performance, particularly in achieving strong results in the Ethiopian National Grade 12 University Entrance Examination.
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, school administration, staff coordination, and student performance management.
Strong knowledge and understanding of educational policies, institutional procedures, school administration, and effective resource management.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage responsibilities effectively, and achieve institutional objectives.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A demonstrated commitment to student success, academic excellence, and continuous school improvement.
Excellent school track record on ethiopian entrance school result
