Job Position-Human Resources Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 –10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale organization
is highly preferred.
Proven experience in utilizing ERP systems for human resources management and administration is an added advantage.
Fluency in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
