Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, finance, or a highly related business field % years experience.
Master’s Degree: MBA or Master of Accountancy often preferred.
Professional Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
Industry Tenure: Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
Manufacturing Background: At least 4 years specifically within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Supervisory Experience: Prior experience leading teams or managing financial closing cycles.

Proven sales experience.

Familiarity with different sales techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Advanced Diploma/TVET Level IV/V in Electrical Technology.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience preferably within a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing plant.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics, handling high/low voltage systems, and working with industrial control networks.
