Job Position-Human Resources Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or a similar HR position.
Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, HR administration, and employee grievance handling.
Experience in preparing HR documentation, reports, letters, meeting minutes, and employee records.
Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and employee relations principles.
Experience working with employee representatives, Labour Offices, or other relevant external institutions is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, administrative, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of integrity.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees and managers at different levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, confident, creative, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Strong willingness and ability to support employee development and build the capacity of local staff.
High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Ability to speak and understand English, both written and spoken, is a must.
