Job Position-Tsehai Child Development Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:degree in Teaching / Education, Social Work, or Early Childhood Education / Development; a cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent or higher;
Excellent written communication in both Amharic and English. Functional Amharic typing and editing is a core day-to-day capability and is tested early in selection.

Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Strong interest in supporting caregivers and families with young children.
Willingness to participate in supervised family/community support activities.
Willingness to test Tsehai trainings, tools and products with real users and turn observations into useful feedback.
