Job Position-Senior Program Officer — RGP
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in law, political science, international relations, development studies, public administration, or a related field
A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in program coordination or management, preferably in governance, civil society, or regional/international development programming
Demonstrated experience supporting donor-funded projects, including familiarity with donor compliance and reporting requirements
Familiarity with the region and its institutional architecture is a strong advantage
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
Willingness to travel within the region as required
