Job Position-1 Cooler Technician
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma in Electricity, Electrical Technology, Electronics, General Mechanics or related field of studies.
Experience and Skills
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician out of which 1 year in refrigeration or AC Maintenance, Assembly or fabrication ,preferably with a focus on cold drink equipment or coolers in a bottling or manufacturing environment.
Formal training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
Understanding of cold drink equipment and logistics operations within the bottling industry.
Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Proven experience in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

Job Position-2 Maintenance Controller
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience:Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management systems
Budgeting and cost control expertise
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of utilities, processing, and packaging systems
Experience with MES and MIS systems
Vendor and contractor management skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High energy, resilience, and execution-driven mindset
Ability to prioritize and make agile decisions
