Job Position-1 Senior District Banking Operation Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking or branch operations, with at least 2 years in an officer capacity.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of branch processes, procedures, and operational policies
Understanding of NBE directives and Islamic banking operational standards
Ability to track, evaluate, and report on operational KPIs
Clear, professional, and timely communication with stakeholders
Identifying issues and developing effective solutions
Fosters cooperation and knowledge sharing between branches
Supports and leads performance improvement across multiple branches

Job Position-2 Principal District Banking Business Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years (Bachelor’s) or 3 years (Master’s preferred) of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a senior branch management or multi-branch supervisory role.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of daily banking functions, Sharia-compliant financing, deposits, and service delivery
Understanding of local regulations, KYC, AML, and Islamic finance guidelines
Ability to analyze financial reports and performance metrics
Clear, respectful, and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service aligned with Islamic values
Ability to build cooperative relationships and motivate staff
Ability to align branch operations with bank-wide strategic goals
Additional Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking
