Job Position-1 IT Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
❖ Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a corporate environment.
❖ Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking basics (TCP/IP), and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Job Position-2Junior HR & General Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
❖ Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in HR and General Services, law, preferably within the manufacturing or export sector in Ethiopia.
❖ Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and current trends in administrative management.
❖ Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and fleet management tracking tools.
Behavioral Competencies:
❖ Multi-tasking: Ability to switch seamlessly between sensitive HR issues and urgent administrative/logistics needs.
❖ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from high-level international buyers to plant-level casual laborers.
❖ Discretion & Integrity: High level of confidentiality when handling employee records and company contracts.
❖ Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure favorable terms from service providers, mechanics, and vendors.
