Job Position-Project Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Education, Economics, Business Management, Project Management, Youth Development, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in youth development, employability, entrepreneurship, livelihoods, education, workforce development, or community development programs.
Experience implementing donor-funded projects.
Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, or development organizations.
Experience supporting youth employment, entrepreneurship, internship, or skills development initiatives is highly desirable.
Experience working with Mastercard Foundation programs or implementing partners is an advantage.
