Job Position-Sales & Marketing Officer – Blue Mountain (for bottled water)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience in FMCG sales and distribution is highly preferred.
Direct experience in bottled water, beverage, or related FMCG products is a strong advantage.
Experience in customer development, distributor management, and market expansion is preferred.
Critical Criteria / Skills to be Successful in this Role:
Strong FMCG sales and market development capability.
Good understanding of sales channels and distribution networks.
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Good understanding of bottled water or beverage market dynamics is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve challenging sales targets.
Good market research and competitor analysis capability.
Strong reporting and basic data analysis skills.
Proactive, energetic, customer-focused, accountable, and results-oriented.
