Job Position-1 HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Experience in a fast‑paced or technical environment is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
Computer literacy: Proficient with MS Office; basic HRIS familiarity is an advantage.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Amharic fluency preferred.
Decision making: Able to make timely, practical HR decisions and escalate appropriately.
Attention to detail: Accurate record keeping and data handling.
Analytical thinking: Problem solving and ability to interpret HR metrics.
Interpersonal skills: Professional, discreet, and able to build trust with staff at all levels.

Job Position-2 Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or sales.

Computer skills: Basic computer literacy is mandatory.
Decision-making: Ability to make sound and timely decisions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in handling data and reports.
Analytical thinking: Problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
