Job Position-1 Accountant Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
BA in Accounting from recognized university with zero year of experience
Excellent communication skill both writing and speaking in English and Amharic languages.
Basic knowledge and skill of accounting principles
Basic knowledge and skill of computer including Microsoft offices such as use of words, excel, internet, teams and financial tools.
Motivated to work as intern Accountant
Skill of coordination and team work
Easily coachable and willing to learn
Willing to work during working hours ;with flexibility of working out of regular work hours
Compensations
This is a non-employment internship /volunteer position where OSE will pay attractive stipend as compensation.
NB: The intern is responsible for bringing a functional laptop.

Job Position-2 Surgical Program Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Medicine /Medical Doctor (MD) or Public health from a recognized university.
Experience:1–3 years of experience in coordinating health programs, surgical services, hospital operations, medical education, or related healthcare programs.
Exceptional new graduates with demonstrated leadership, coordination, and management experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong program planning and coordination skills.
Knowledge of hospital operations and multidisciplinary clinical care.
Understanding of surgical program implementation.
Knowledge of data collection, documentation, and reporting.
Inventory and logistics coordination skills are desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in:English and Amharic languages
Knowledge of Sidamigna language is mandatory
